The questions we actually get asked

Do I have to pay before I see anything?

No. We build the site first and send you the link. If you do not want it, reply once and it comes down the same day — no invoice, no follow-up.

I already have a website. Is this for me?

Maybe not for the website. But if it loads slowly, is not mobile-friendly, or has not been touched in years, we will tell you honestly. The reviews and Google profile work stands on its own either way.

Who owns the site?

You do. If you leave, we hand over the files and point the domain wherever you want. No hostage-taking.

How do the review requests work?

You send us finished jobs — a spreadsheet, or we connect to Jobber or Housecall Pro. We text the customer a link straight to your Google review form. No survey, no gate, and no filtering out unhappy customers, because that breaks Google’s rules and can get your profile penalised.

How do I stop hearing from you?

Reply STOP to any text, use the removal link on any page we built, or email hello@tradites.com. It is permanent and takes effect immediately.
